Ingredients:

  • 500g cream dory fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season cream dory fillet with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the cream dory fillet until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the cream dory from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
  7. Add chopped parsley to the pan and stir to combine.
  8. Return the cream dory fillet to the pan and coat with the butter garlic sauce.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
