Cream Dory with Butter Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 500g cream dory fillet
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season cream dory fillet with salt and black pepper.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the cream dory fillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the cream dory from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add chopped parsley to the pan and stir to combine.
- Return the cream dory fillet to the pan and coat with the butter garlic sauce.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
