Steamed Golden Pomfret with Ginger and Soy Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 whole golden pomfret (cleaned and scaled)
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, julienned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a heatproof dish, place the cleaned and scaled golden pomfret.
- Sprinkle salt on the fish.
- Arrange ginger on top of the fish.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce and water.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the fish.
- Steam the dish for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
- In a small pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat.
- Pour the hot oil over the ginger on top of the fish.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
